Our company is an international company headquartered in Geneva.

• Conduct detailed financial analysis for ongoing projects, including cost tracking, budget vs. actual analysis, and forecasting. Identify key financial metrics and KPIs to evaluate project profitability and performance.
• Develop and implement project controlling processes, including cost control measures, budget monitoring, and variance analysis. Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure financial objectives are met within timelines and budgets.
• Prepare comprehensive project financial reports, including monthly project P&L statements, cash flow projections, and cost analysis reports. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support decision-making.
• Lead project budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with project teams to develop accurate and realistic financial plans. Monitor project financial performance and deviations from budgets, and propose corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure project financial activities comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations. Implement and maintain strong internal controls related to project finances and reporting.
• Communicate project financial results, forecasts, and risks to senior management, project stakeholders, and external partners as necessary. Participate in project review meetings to discuss financial status and strategies for improvement.
• Continuously review and improve project controlling processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making capabilities. Identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization.

• Masters degree in Finance and Accounting.
• 10 years of experience in Controlling and Finance.
• Perfect command of English and French.
• Previous exposure to emerging markets, and ability to travel 25% of the time.
• Service oriented, autonomy, efficiency.
