For our client, a financial institution in Basel, we are looking for a dynamic and energetic Assistant to join and support the team in their Innovation hub for a duration of 12 months.

• Coordinate calendars in multiple time-zones
• Scheduling internal and external meetings
• Preparing and editing documents, presentations and reports
• Assist in the coordination of strategic projects
• Provide general administrative support as needed

• Fresh graduate from higher education
• First experiences in startup environment pref. Fintech is a clear plus
• Eager to learn
• IT savvy
• Fluent in English
• Strong team player
