Sales Back Office M/FLHH

Our client, an healthcare company located in Nyon is looking for a sales back office, the position is permanent.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming customer orders (systems, options, and upgrades), ensuring all information is complete and accurate before booking.
• Collaborate proactively with account managers, project managers, product managers, and other stakeholders to finalize cases for supply chain processing.
• Verify that all components of customer orders are correctly documented.
• Ensure timely transfer of completed cases to order management in line with established policies.
• Gather missing details from sales specialists, including direct communication with customers when necessary.
• Provide proactive support in problem resolution, escalating issues to the responsible manager when required.
• Monitor newly published tenders daily.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of offers and tender documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards within set deadlines.
• Actively participate in team meetings.

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Economics, Management, International Business, or a related field.
• Experience working in a matrix organization.
• Fluent French (essential for interactions with customers and Key Account Managers).
• Good English proficiency; German is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently in a virtual environment.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.
