Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business lines to assess compliance-related operational and regulatory needs.
- Analyze and optimize existing compliance processes and identify opportunities for IT-driven improvements.
- Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of compliance tools and systems that align with business objectives.
- Serve as the central contact for exploring and integrating emerging technologies, including AI-driven compliance tools.
- Design, prototype, and oversee the transition of new tools or solutions into production.
- Develop and monitor key operational metrics (KRIs and KPIs) to track process performance and ensure alignment with compliance goals.
- Manage cross-departmental compliance projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business and IT priorities.

Requirements
Experience:- 5-7 years in process optimization, tool development, and business reporting.
- Strong understanding of banking processes, particularly within compliance and wealth management.
- Previous experience in a transversal role within a bank or consultancy firm is highly desirable.
Skills:- Ability to translate business needs into IT specifications and solutions.
- Familiarity with compliance-focused technologies and AI applications.
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Languages
- English: Fluent (mandatory)
- French: Fluent (intermediate minimum)
