For one of our clients, a renowned industrial company based in the Neuchâtel region, we are looking for a Lead Engineer for Technology Development

FR/ENG (M/F):

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop specifications, design rules, and process architecture, including defining mask generation equations.
• Take ownership of technology-related design and generation rules.
• Focus on defining and adapting intelligent test structures to evaluate process responses and device characteristics.
• Analyze and interpret characterization results from devices and test structures, deriving necessary adjustments and improvements.
• Provide essential guidance to process engineers in their optimization tasks.

Your Profile:

• Master degree in Science or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position,
• Excellent understanding of both design and manufacturing environments.
• French & English (C1)
