Our client, a financial consultancy firm in Zurich, is currently looking for a reliable and highly organized Executive Assistant that can support one individual on 80% - 100% pensum. There are some home office possibilities, however the candidate will need to be on site as much as possible to be of best support.
Description du poste
- Mailbox maintenance, appointment and calendar coordination, handling and prioritizing phone and emails
- Preparation, editing and designing of correspondence, presentations, offers and reports
- Coordination and support of customer mandates (including answering customer inquiries and invoicing)
- Preparing monthly billable reports
- Organization of client meetings expense reports
- Validating expense reports of direct reports
- Maintenance of the customer database (CRM, Oracle Cloud)
- Responsible for the onboarding of new employees (including creation of onboarding programs)
- Support for Marketing
Description du profil
- Commercial apprenticeship or similar studies
- 5+ years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level members
- Fluent in German and English (written and oral), additional languages are advantageous
- Excellent MS Office package skills essential as well as knowledge of customer databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, efficient and proactive
- Excellent time management skills
- Discrete and reliable individual
