Our client is the FIA, Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile, an international structure based in Geneva coordinating fast-paced activities all over the world.

The Head of accounting is expected to handle the following :

- Manage the GL, AP, AR accounting in terms of people and delivery (Swiss and French Accounting)

- Payroll integration

- Travel cost and expense integration

- Fixed assets and other sub-ledgers

- Consolidation

- Financial reporting to Chief Performance Officer

- Tax, internal controls & compliance with applicable legal, fiscal & accounting norms

- Audit coordination

The Head of accounting is expected to present the following profile :

- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance / Chartered accountant

- 10+ years in full responsibility of accounting, 5+ years experience as a team manager

- Proficient knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligations and French accounting standards, including consolidation

- Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance

- French and English fluent

- Pragmatic, result-oriented mindset, habit to keep a team in perfect conditions to deliver and thrive
