Description du poste
- Lead and deliver HR services across multiple sites in Switzerland for the company, ensuring efficiency in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Partner with senior leadership teams to implement key HR initiatives aligned with the strategic goals of the company.
- Oversee a wide range of HR activities, from recruitment planning and induction to performance management and talent review.
- Manage and support employee relations, providing high-quality advice in line with the company's policies and legal regulations.
- Supervise HR administrative tasks, such as updating policies, procedures, and maintaining the employee handbook.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Drive HR process improvement initiatives and support payroll processes in collaboration with external providers.
- Act as a business partner for strategic HR initiatives, contributing to budgeting, workforce planning, and alignment of staffing costs with budget constraints.
- Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee-related matters, maintaining a positive work environment.
- Oversee the recruitment process, focusing on hiring qualified and diverse candidates.

- Proven experience in HR management, with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR compliance, with both strategic and operational HR capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and French.
