For one of our clients, a multi family office in Geneva, we are looking for a multilingual Executive/Personal Assistant (m/w).
Your responsibilities:
- Office Management
- Welcome clients in the office, prepare meeting rooms. bring coffee/tea/water
- Arrange and participate in meetings
- Organize travel arrangements
- Answer phone calls, reception, arranging appointments, receive documents, correspondence and messages
- To accompany all kinds of business negotiation, or to travel occasionally to other country or city
- Non-exhaustive list of tasks
Your profile:
- Available immediately
- Previous experience as an EA/PA in a multi or single family office
- Open to travel regularly
- No remote work
- Available at a 100% working rate
- Fluent in Spanish and English, min B2 level in French
- Highly organized, flexible, open minded, available, good presentation and service oriented
