Our client is a fast global operating Private Market infrastructure investment manager with plans to embrace further growth in the Nordic region. For their client's department, we are searching for a Director Head of Nordics & UK (Investor Relations sales) in Zurich to develop new and existing institutional clients.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and understand client's needs.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with institutional investors in Nordics and Benelux area.
- Act as a first point of contact for all existing clients in the respective region.
- Represent the company at events and organize networking events in the alternative
investment industry. - Proactive, structured, and disciplined market coverage with a clear focus to sell the
company's diverse set of investment products. - Maintain close and collaborative relationships with the Investment Management and other internal stakeholders.
- Work together with Client Services team to ensure continued coverage of existing clients in the region
Description du profil
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in the financial industry with strong sales skills and ready to establish
infrastructure products on the market. - Proven institutional sales experience in Nordics and / or Benelux region.
- Alternatively, candidates with investment background in Private Equity and/or Private
Markets willing to switch to the sales side. - Experience with Infrastructure investments is a strong advantage
- Ability to build key relationship across internal and external stakeholder groups, strong
communications skills. Strong service mentality, team player mentality. - Plans and organize work properly and meets deadlines due to prioritization.
- Thorough understanding of capital markets and affinity with technical and industry-specific
developments and able translate these into coherent communications; good understanding
of Sustainability challenges, frameworks and ESG integration relevance for investments. - Professional fluency in English (Swedish, Dutch, Danish is a plus)
