As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our key clients. Your role will involve managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of our IT services. With 10 years of experience in account management and a deep understanding of the IT services sector, you will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering strong business partnerships

Your Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact for all IT services.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within existing accounts, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions with clients to secure long-term business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and delivery) to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their needs, gather feedback, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide clients with the best solutions and services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders on account performance and growth strategies.
  • Manage client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.


Your Profile :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in Key Account Management, with a strong focus on IT services or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts, driving revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
