A multinational company based in Geneva.

• Provide legal support to the Senior Legal Counsels of the team: draft contracts related to asset financings and general legal documents (NDAs etc.), corporate authorities,
• Corporate Financing Contracts: Offer legal support in drafting contracts for corporate financing, including revolving credit facilities, bond issuance, securitization, and reverse factoring.
• Negotiation and Liaison: participate to the negotiation of legal terms with external parties and coordinate effectively with external advisers to secure financings.
• Procedural Implementation: Develop and implement procedures to streamline the team's daily activities, such as expense tracking, bank account opening, KYC processes, and archiving system updates.

• Proven experience in and expertise at negotiating and drafting related financing agreements including with multilateral institutions, commercial banks, export credit agencies and leasing companies.
• Maximum 3 years of work experience in Financing or Commercial related legal positions, preferably in private practice with a focus on asset financing or corporate financing.
• Perfect command of English both written and spoken.
• UK qualification ideally or other qualification with strong knowledge of Common law jurisdictions.
• Ability to operate within a small team in a demanding & dynamic environment where confidentiality is key.
