Commodity Trading: The M&A team is responsible for strategic investment and M&A assignments, M&A and other corporate transactions of the company.

· Support in evaluation, analysis and execution of strategic investment and M&A projects

· Support in formulating strategic / business plans, reviewing / analyzing business performance and strategic options, and execution of strategic initiatives through development of work plans, driving market / competitor / financial analyses, and development of actionable recommendations etc.

· Develop investment-related analysis for senior management, business leadership and executives, and relevant stakeholders to support the decision-making

· Degree holder from a reputable university. A master's degree or MBA in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related business field a plus

· 2-3 years of relevant work experience in M&A, investment, corporate finance or business development position; relevant experience in commodities business a plus

· Strong presentation and writing skills

· Proficient in M&A activities/skill-set, including valuation and financial modelling, project management, etc.

· Solid financial analysis skills

· Excellent communication skills to work in a multi-national, multi-cultural environment

· Ability to see the bigger picture as well as drill into the details

· Outstanding organizational and planning skills

· Excellent command of written and spoken English; Spanish/Portuguese a plus

· Ability to manage professional advisers and cross-functional teams, as well as work independently
