For one of our clients, a global leader in biotechnology based between Geneva and Lausanne, we are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Technician DSP (M/F):
As part of a 9-month project and the launch of a product in the biotechnology market, we are looking for a candidate available immediately (within 1 month maximum). There are possibilities to continue on a permanent contract.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide technical support to the production team to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
- Ensure the maintenance and troubleshooting of DSP systems.
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize system performance.
- Provide technical support to clients and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and systems.
- Ensure all processes and documentation meet regulatory requirements and participate in internal and external audits.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/ chemical engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of bioprocessing techniques, process validation, and regulatory requirements (GMP, ISO). Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address process inefficiencies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all processes.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Available now or within 1 month.
