We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the successful commercial launch and growth an upcoming service from our client.
In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial success. You'll define product propositions, craft go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and lead marketing initiatives targeted at both potential and current customers.
You should have a strong command of modern marketing tools, media channels, and campaign execution, from concept to launch. Working closely with internal teams and external creative, media, and PR agencies, you will ensure that campaigns and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling value propositions with clear USPs, leveraging customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Design and execute impactful GTM strategies for product launches, updates, and expansions, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and track KPIs.
- Lead marketing campaigns that enhance engagement and conversions, continuously refining messaging for maximum impact.
- Analyze campaign data and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies, improve product positioning, and refine future initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, assess competitors, and drive data-driven strategic decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on proposition development, GTM strategies, and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of launching successful marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Highly collaborative mindset, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and align stakeholders on strategic goals.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
- A proactive, analytical, and hands-on approach, with a strong focus on execution.
- Fluency in French and English; German is a big plus.
- Prior experience in the telecommunications industry
