Description du poste
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Junior Global Marketing Manager to join our client's team. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for the product portfolio on a global scale. The successful candidate will lead the creation of impactful promotional materials and coordinate their presence at key medical congresses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement global product tactics and programs that align with overarching global product strategies.
- Assist in the development and execution of global brand plans.
- Oversee the production of promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and managing external agencies.
- Design and develop sales tools that cater to the specific needs and expectations of the Sales team.
- Lead the coordination of the company's presence at medical congresses, including managing exhibition booths, organizing symposia, and coordinating sponsorship activities in collaboration with marketing and medical teams.
- Contribute to patient support initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Actively support and participate in the organization of workshops, briefing sessions, and business review meetings.
Description du profil
Education & Languages:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
Professional Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience within the pharmaceutical sector.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with expertise in social media strategy and management.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Matomo, SEO/SEM, and various content management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, campaign performance, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of international compliance regulations, pharmaceutical industry standards, and GDPR.
