A dynamic, globally renowned company specializing in innovative packaging solutions for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries is looking for a skilled Procurement Analyst (m/f/d) to join their international team immediately. Located in a modern office in Zurich City, this exciting 3-6-month project offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-paced, international environment.

In this position the Procurement Analyst (m/f/d) will actively contribute into various sourcing projects, within the indirect categories, by carrying out the following task areas:

• Assists in developing procurement strategies for indirect categories like warehouse, logistics, packaging, facility management, CAPEX, MRO
• Conducts market research and supplier analysis to support sourcing decisions.
• Supports supplier evaluation, relationship management, and performance tracking.
• Helps resolve supplier issues and assist with contract renewals.
• Performs spend analysis and tracks KPIs.
• Supports reporting and provides insights for procurement decisions.
• Assists in contract negotiations and drafting.
• Maintains contract databases and monitors key deadlines.

In order to be considered for the role, the selected candidate must have:

• Successfully completed bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance or a related field
• Minimum 3 years' working experience in similar role, ideally within indirect categories
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools for conducting spend analysis and performance tracking.
• Business fluency in English, any further languages is a plus
• Ability to analyze complex procurement data, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Strong attention to detail for tracking supplier performance, contract milestones, and spend analysis data.
