Description du poste
- Lead maintenance and compliance efforts to ensure SAP services meet the company needs and SAP's maintenance strategy, optimizing costs.
- Contribute to S/4HANA transition, focusing on maximizing the value of SAP Services, especially for finance (FICO) and HR (SuccessFactors).
- Ensure project designs and resource estimates align with SAP standards and the organization's goals.
- Oversee SAP service changes, infrastructure upgrades, and collaborate on seamless operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and help resolve SAP-related incidents.
- Stay updated on market trends and SAP innovations, particularly regarding SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
- Analyze supplier roadmaps and end-of-life cycles, providing recommendations for action.
Description du profil
- Strong experience in S/4Hana transformation projects
- Experience in managing SAP cloud solutions (Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur) & SAP services within a SIAM framework
- Knowledge of FICO AND HCM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English - French is a plus
