For one of our clients a banking company, in Geneva, we are recruiting for a long-term mission a Team Leader Java Fullstack who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Responsibilities:

As a Team Leader Java Fullstack you manage an onshore and an offshore delivery team for production and projects on a Java stack relying on Angular, Drools and webservices for business line applications and middleware integration components. Moreover, you monitor and support Java Fullstack development. You are in charge of production support and monitoring. You deliver requested projects. You ensure 3rd and 2nd level support of applications, you upskill low performers. You define, design and deliver Java fullstack roadmap. You perform automatic and manual review of platform.

Profile:

• Bachelor in IT
• Minimum 7 years experience in a similar position
• Experience in team lead
• Excellent knowledge in Java
• Excellent knowledge in Angular
• Good knowledge in Drools and middleware components
• French and English
