For one of our clients a banking company, in Geneva, we are recruiting for a long-term mission a Team Leader Java Fullstack who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Team Leader responsibilities

• Manage team activities
• Deliver assigned projects on time, quality, cost, motivation and according to Bank's standard
• Upskill low performers
• Ensure 3rd and 2nd level support of applications assigned to the area of responsibility
• Delivery of requested projects

Technical Leader responsibilities

• Define, design and deliver Java Full Stack defined roadmap, capacity, criticity and benefits for the Bank
• Perform automatic and manual review of platform on regular basis to assess compliance level and provide feedback and/or recommendation
• Active participation in project committees
• Foster stability and make the platform future proof
• Coaching & Mentoring : Support developers with proper training and follow-up

Profile:

• Bachelor in IT
• Minimum 7 years experience in a similar position
• Experience in team lead
• Excellent knowledge in Java
• Excellent knowledge in Angular
• Good knowledge in Drools and middleware components
• French and English
