Responsibilities :
1.Ad Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Manages the scheduling, placement, and distribution of digital, print, TV, or social media ads.
- Works with media planners, designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure all assets are ready for launch.
- Ensures deadlines are met for ad delivery and trafficking.
- Developing and executing digital media plans aimed to enhance the brand visibility and reaching target audiences effectively.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, to plan global media campaigns that align with the brand's marketing objectives.
- Strategic and innovative planning with a deep understanding of digital trends, and an ability to ensure that marketing campaigns always benefit from the best media mix
- Develop international media strategies in line with brand objectives and market trends
- Plan, execute and monitor digital media campaigns across digital platforms (social media, display advertising, CTV)
2. Ad Trafficking & Implementation
- Uploads and configures display, video, social, and programmatic ads into ad-serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Facebook Business Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk).
- Implements tracking pixels, UTMs, and tags to monitor campaign performance.
- Ensures ad specifications match platform requirements (correct file sizes, formats, durations, etc.).
3. Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Monitors campaign performance to ensure ads are running properly.
- Identifies and resolves technical issues, such as incorrect ad placements, broken links, or tracking errors.
- Works closely with developers to troubleshoot ad-serving problems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and markets on the visual planning of global digital media campaigns
- Track, monitor and optimise media campaign performance against KPIs, evaluate results, and adjust strategy and budgets accordingly
- Produce bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and make strategic recommendations accordingly
- Collaborate with the brand international teams to coordinate global and local media campaigns
- Collaborate and coordinate with the marketing teams on the creation of advertising copy and the development of digital assets to ensure consistent and impactful messaging
- Manage relationships with agencies and third-party vendors who support the brand's paid marketing efforts
4. Performance Optimization & Reporting
- Analyzes campaign data and KPIs (e.g., CTR, impressions, conversions, ROAS).
- Provides recommendations to improve ad effectiveness and maximize ROI.
- Creates performance reports
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to inform media planning decisions
- Stay on top of the latest industry trends, emerging media channels and best practices
- Ensures all ads comply with platform policies (Google, Meta, programmatic networks, etc.).
Profile :
- Over 5 years of experience in on digital media planning, particularly for high-end or premium brands.
- Strong expertise in analyzing data and deriving insights from key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Skilled in communication and negotiations, with a knack for crafting creative media strategies.
- Well-versed in the use of media planning software and adept at overseeing global paid media budgets.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Fluency in English is essential, with additional proficiency in French or German being an asset.
