Your Role
As a Recruitment Consultant Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in both recruitment and business development. From sourcing candidates to building client relationships, you'll be exposed to the full lifecycle of recruitment while contributing to the growth of our corporate division.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Identify and approach potential clients to develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote LHH's services and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs.
- Source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and our internal database.
- Manage the interview process and guide candidates through each step.
- Ensure a seamless match between candidates and client requirements.
- Account Management:
- Act as a trusted partner for clients and candidates alike.
- Provide innovative and solution-oriented advice to help clients meet their talent needs.
Your profile:
- Fluent in English (French as mother-tongue).
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer success in any industry is highly valued.
- A business mindset with a passion for achieving results and solving challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A motivated, proactive, and solution-driven attitude.
