My client is a leading Web3 protocol, at the forefront of innovation, looking to expand its existing team significantly in the next 6-12 months.

As the Global Head of HR (m/f/d), you will be at the heart of the company's global expansion:

• Oversee the entire HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and retention
• Lead a global HR team, including talent acquisition specialists
• Manage recruitment efforts, ensuring the company attracts top talent in the rapidly evolving Web3 industry
• Collaborate closely with C-level executives to shape the company's HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Foster a positive and productive work environment through innovative team-building activities and conflict management strategies

• Web3 industry experience is a Must!
• 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a people management role
• A track record of success in international HR, focusing on creating and nurturing diverse, global teams
• A strategic mindset and the ability to implement HR processes that align with business goals and drive organizational success
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on conflict resolution and team-building
• A hands-on background in recruitment
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus
• Location: you are either based in Europe or in Dubai
