As the Global Head of HR (m/f/d), you will be at the heart of the company's global expansion:
- Oversee the entire HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and retention
- Lead a global HR team, including talent acquisition specialists
- Manage recruitment efforts, ensuring the company attracts top talent in the rapidly evolving Web3 industry
- Collaborate closely with C-level executives to shape the company's HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Foster a positive and productive work environment through innovative team-building activities and conflict management strategies
Description du profil
- Web3 industry experience is a Must!
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a people management role
- A track record of success in international HR, focusing on creating and nurturing diverse, global teams
- A strategic mindset and the ability to implement HR processes that align with business goals and drive organizational success
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on conflict resolution and team-building
- A hands-on background in recruitment
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
- Location: you are either based in Europe or in Dubai
