Description du poste
- IT support level 1&2
- Participating in a wide variety of challenging IT projects along with the team
- Manage incidents tickets & resolve issues including software, hardware, and network problems
- Manage and deploy software installations, patches, and updates to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure
- Investigate recurring technical issues to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions
- Monitor IT systems for potential issues, perform regular maintenance, and ensure that systems are running smoothly
Description du profil
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in English & French - Spanish is a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures (on-prem, hybrid & cloud AD)
- Virtualization (VmWare, Microsoft...)
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to learn quickly and autonomously
- Strong communication skills
