  • IT support level 1&2
  • Participating in a wide variety of challenging IT projects along with the team
  • Manage incidents tickets & resolve issues including software, hardware, and network problems
  • Manage and deploy software installations, patches, and updates to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure
  • Investigate recurring technical issues to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions
  • Monitor IT systems for potential issues, perform regular maintenance, and ensure that systems are running smoothly

Description du profil

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in English & French - Spanish is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures (on-prem, hybrid & cloud AD)
  • Virtualization (VmWare, Microsoft...)
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to learn quickly and autonomously
  • Strong communication skills
