Our client is a small company operating in the financial sector based in Geneva.

Description du poste

  • Computer Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for company devices.
  • User Support for Remote Connections: Assist users in setting up and troubleshooting remote access via VPN and VDI, ensuring secure and seamless connectivity.
  • Software Installation & Troubleshooting: Install, update, and troubleshoot various software applications, ensuring they function properly across the company's IT environment.
  • Folder Access Rights Management: Manage and adjust folder access permissions to ensure that users have the appropriate rights while maintaining data security.
  • User Account Management: Create and manage user accounts, ensuring timely setup and deactivation as per company policies.



Description du profil

  • Proven experience as a Support Specialist, preferably in a financial or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of VPN and VDI technologies.
  • Expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other standard business software.
  • Familiarity with access rights management and basic cybersecurity principles.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, small company environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
