Description du poste

  • Serve as the primary contact for all legal and compliance matters across multiple business units in Switzerland.
  • Provide expert advice to the business and management teams on the impact of changes in Swiss legislation and regulatory frameworks.
  • Oversee and manage legal and compliance risks, including the handling of litigation and professional liability cases.
  • Lead compliance initiatives, including training, policy development, and ensuring adherence to global standards. Coordinate with internal teams to implement necessary compliance measures.
  • Address routine legal and compliance inquiries and support the negotiation of various client and commercial agreements.
  • Oversee corporate legal matters and contribute to M&A transactions.
  • Manage relationships with external legal counsel and ensure effective collaboration.
  • Work closely with regional legal and compliance teams, as well as key functions such as Finance, Operations, and Data Protection within Switzerland.



Description du profil

  • Swiss law degree - admission to the Swiss Bar is an asset.
  • A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in the insurance or financial services sector, either in a law firm or in-house role.
  • Fluency in German and French, with strong business-level English proficiency.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and confidence, with a commercial mindset.
  • Proactive, solution-driven approach with a strong focus on process and structure.
  • Ability to work effectively within a cross-regional team environment.
  • Proficient in using Office applications, including SharePoint.
