Our client is an innovative and dynamic company in the digital world. We are seeking a motivated and hands-on counsel to join their local legal team in Zürich asap.

• Drafting and negotiating contracts related to CXM (such as website development and app creation), personal data processing, and other agreements.
• Advising on intellectual property law, particularly in the IT sector (e.g., software development), and handling competition law matters.
• Collaborating closely with various business units to provide legal guidance and training.
• Managing data protection matters, with strong knowledge of GDPR and Swiss data protection laws.
• Supporting issues concerning temporary employment, nearshoring, and offshoring.
• Developing practical legal solutions in cooperation with business stakeholders.
• Leading and coordinating with external legal counsel and consultants.
• Delivering employee training sessions on key legal topics.
• Experience with media service agreements is advantageous.
• Familiarity with labor law is a plus.

• Strong academic credentials.
• Swiss bar admission would be a strong plus
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a law firm or an in-house legal department.
• Deep understanding of processes within globally operating companies.
• Expertise in intellectual property and data protection law.
• Sound knowledge of corporate law.
• Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with the business as a strategic partner.
• Results-driven with an efficient, solution-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both English and German; French is a plus.
• High resilience and flexibility, with immediate availability.
