Responsabilities:

As a Microsoft 365 Technical coordinator you develop and articulate a clear vision for the product, you assess the market and competitor strategies to our client's competitivity. You create and maintain roadmap, prioritize features and tasks to align with business objectives and customers feedback. Moreover, you collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and customer support teams to ensure product development process. You are in charge of user experience and of performance monitoring.

Profile:

• Bachelor in IT
• Minimum 3 - years experience in Office 365
• Excellent knowledge of Office 365
• Good knowledge in monitoring
• French fluent and English fluent
• Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
