Description du poste
- Coordinate the lifecycle of security policies, standards, and other documentation, including their formal adoption, interpretation, amendments, and updates.
- Ensure the governance, tools, and processes surrounding the documentation of security policies, rules, standards, and knowledge content database are maintained and up to date.
- Implement a common language for security-related documentation to facilitate alignment and standardization.
- Animate the security community through forums, events, and leveraging consolidated knowledge.
- Coordinate and execute the release cycle for new content in the knowledge management digital solution, in both English and French.
- Provide functional end-user support and liaise with service providers to address any issues or bugs.
- Lead and contribute to improvement and evolution projects.
- Onboard users and assessors as required.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of documentation.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, issues, and outcomes to senior management.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs related to documentation processes.
Description du profil
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in English and good command of French (at least writing).
- Strong interest in deep diving into detailed documentation.
- Ability to connect easily with subject matter experts to collect and share information.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
