Description du poste
- Lead and manage the compliance department, overseeing all compliance matters related to the company's operations
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to international and local regulations, with a particular focus on Crypto
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes and ensure the company's compliance policies are updated accordingly
- Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits to identify potential areas of vulnerability and implement corrective actions
- Provide expert advice on regulatory requirements specific to the Cryptocurrency industry
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies and industry groups to stay informed about legal developments and advocate for favorable regulatory environments
- Train and educate employees on compliance policies and procedures to foster a culture of compliance within the organization
- Work closely with senior management to align compliance strategies with business goals
Description du profil
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Substantial years of compliance experience, with at least several years in the Cryptocurrency industry
- In-depth knowledge of international financial regulations and compliance standards
- Proven track record of leading a compliance department and managing a diverse team
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to anticipate compliance issues and provide proactive solutions
- Fluency in English & German
