Description du poste



  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage and organize the Directors' calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
    • Prepare and process expense reports in a timely manner.


  • Meeting Coordination:
    • Schedule, prepare, and distribute materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes.
    • Ensure conference rooms and technology setups are prepared and functional for meetings.
    • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.


  • Communication Management:
    • Act as the point of contact between the Directors and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and respond as appropriate.
    • Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.


  • Project Support:
    • Assist in coordinating departmental projects, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
    • Maintain project documentation and update relevant stakeholders on progress.
    • Provide logistical support for team activities and events.


  • Office Management:
    • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment for the team.
    • Assist in the organization of team events and meetings.
    • Ensure smooth communication and operations within the team and across departments.



Description du profil



  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably within a technology or FMCG environment.
    • Proven experience in supporting senior executives or directors is highly desirable.


  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
